Let us discuss about simple yet effective weight loss drinks which are tasty and helps you in faster weight loss.
When we refer to weight loss, these drinks assist you more in reducing unhealthy fat. They help in increasing your metabolic rate, burning up your bad cholesterol and keeping your glycemic index in check.

These 3 weight loss drinks can be taken at any time of the day but taking them in the morning gives you the best out of them.

You can always improvise these weight loss drinks and convert them more according to your taste. For example you can incorporate the first drink that is ginger and lemon in your green tea or the second one in your black coffee.
However having a healthy life style and diet is equally important.

The 3 weight loss drinks

1. Ginger & lemon drink


As mentioned in the title, Ginger and lemon are the key ingredients in this drink.
Take a small piece of ginger, peel it and chop it into small pieces.
Now keep a vessel on stove and pour a glass of water and let the water boil.
Put ginger pieces in boiling water and let it boil for 3 minutes.
Now switch off the stove and filter it.
Let it cool and add few lemon drops and honey to it.
Lemon contains vitamin c which is easily destroyed by excessive heat. According to ayurveda heat destroys the enzymes in honey and causes negative chemical change. So, whenever you are adding honey or lemon into any kind of food or drink keep it in mind about cooling them first.

This drink not only helps in weight loss but also helps in reducing colds and coughs and also aids in better digestion.

2. Cinnamon drink


Take a small piece of cinnamon
Now keep a vessel on stove and pour a glass of water and let the water boil.
Put cinnamon pieces in boiling water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, now switch off the stove and let the water cool down along with the cinnamon in it.
Now filter it and add honey.

As mentioned earlier, you can even add little piece of cinnamon while brewing coffee. Black coffee has tons of benefits and when taken wisely assists a great deal in healthy weight loss.
Cinnamon promotes healthy weight loss along with regulating menstruation and lowering your blood sugar.

3. Curry leaves drink


Take a few curry leaves, tear them into pieces.
Now keep a vessel on stove and pour a glass of water and let the water boil.
Put curry leaf pieces in boiling water and let it boil for 2-3 minutes, now switch off the stove and let the water cool down along with the curry leaves in it.
Now filter it and add honey.

Curry leaves have countless health benefits and in this scenario let us just speak about its benefits in reducing bad cholesterol and improving digestion along with lowering your blood sugar to a great extent.
This is also gives incredibly healthy hair and beautiful skin by purifying blood but that is the topic for another day.
In all the 3 drinks honey is optional. All these 3 weight loss drinks are very palatable and easy to make.
